These are always fun to submit... and this one's rather huge. This is a collection of my work from 1998 to present, showing the progress I've made. I'll try to give some simple explanations of each one for those who are interested.
1998-1999

1. Good ol' FFVII. I think I drew this for an art submission to a gaming magazine. I didn't make it in though, haha. Done with colored pencils (all my traditional pics here are).
2. Two of my old characters my friend and I developed back in like, grade 10? I ended up forgetting it in the school scanner and never saw it again. :C
3. Selphie (from FFVIII) was never a favorite character of mine, so I don't know why I drew her. I guess she's cute? Anyway, this is one of my first CGs, before I had a tablet, using Photoshop. I was elite with filters damnit!

1. This is a pretty mermaid I drew on an envelope for a friend of mine who moved away. (I must've been into Ah! Megamisama at this time.)
2. Another Photoshop VS Mouse CG. Er... I think these characters' names were Djinn and Ana. Light and Dark forever! \m/
3. This... I was always very proud of this and it took me forever to do. I believe I drew it from a doujinshi cover or something. I love Escaflowne. ;o;
4. Ok, this was done for a theme at the FFO message forums (where I met teh ~maiji-san!). It was the first forum I ever visited and it was practically a religion to me. x) The art section would hold these "Final Fantasy Celebration" things where everyone would draw a picture for the theme. This pic was the result of a "pick a FF character and change their gender", so I drew Rinoa as a boy. ׃D I still like this pic a lot. I think it's cute. Anyway, this was done in Corel Painter Classic with... a tablet! Yays!

1. This was a character I had for a story that... didn't really get anyway. I wanted to do a sci-fantasy faery story... thing. Painter Classic again.
2. Another character for a story that didn't really get anyway. :l I drew him during my emo stage. Painter Classic.
3. This was a project for school. I had to do a surrealism painting and I got top marks. w00t! Pa~inter Classic.
4. This is Token from my 'Fray' story. I ended up using this pic for a website layout at some point. Painter Classic.

1. I drew this for a friend with colored pencils. Munak <3
2. Maenym from my Fray story, Painter Classic again.
3. Relic from Fray.
4. A~nd the infamous Isabelle.
2004
I didn't draw a lot this year. Did quite a few oekaki, but I went through a major art block for months. I think it ended up lasting like 5 months or something. o_O

1. Antique from Fray, colored pencils. Now that I look back on it, I... really like this picture. Weird how that happens.
2. One of my most popular pics (who knows why), When Rain Falls. Painter Classic.
3. Unfinished pic I've never uploaded anywhere, but I doubt I'll ever finish it at this point, so... there you have it. Token, Painter Classic.
4. Sirius and Remus pic that I don't care for. Their faces freak me out. Haha. Done in Painter Classic.
2005
I did a lot of oekaki this year. Like 90% oekaki, 10% finished Painter pics. So I didn't have much to choose from to show here.

1. The Prince from my Snow White story. I actually colored this in Photoshop. Shock!
2. I hate this picture because the characters look stupid, but I like how I painted it. It depresses me. Haha. Painter Classic again.
3. I drew this in Paint Chat. Just trying a different, more 'cute' style.
4. The first picture of Nine EVAR. He hasn't really changed at all. I switched from Painter Classic to Painter IX at some point when Classic stopped working after I upgraded my computer. It may have been with this picture and the others at this time.

1. Time's Trio pic for the Pie-IX book. This took me so freaking long to do and I bothered =DigiAvalon and *neomonki a lot during the process for help with the background and general... helpyness. Such as "do these pants make him look fat?" Done in Painter IX.
2. Pie-IX cover that also took me a hell of a long time to do, especially to get them all sitting on the cog the way I wanted them to. Painter IX.
3. The Love of money is the root of all evil. For the 100 Pic Challenge for the Love theme done with ~ladyjaida. Painter IX.
4. And sexy Nine again. I tried pushing the contrast more than I usually do with this pic, but it ended up looking odd to me so I reduced it again in Photoshop afterwards anyway. ._. Painter IX.
OEKAKI
I don't really have much to say for these. They're all original characters except for:

Christina Ricci, Haku from Naruto, Sirius Black from HP, Sirius & Remus from HP. Also, the very last oekaki is fanart of =Blitzballbaby's character, Kim.
