aksldhlahdf ok, it's THAT time..
erm... so I've been wanting to do this for awhile now, but I keep changing my mind. Change my username? Would it cause endless insanity and confusion? I've had this nickname for four years now, so I'm attached to it and so are others, but.. I don't like it. ._. It was just something I came up with at the spur of the moment, a name I was using for an RO character, lol. But.. UGH. askflhalshd. I feel different lately, things are changing and stoof. Changing my username is a big step for me, but I think it'd be a good step. It'd move me past the last four years and into a new era. I can let go of the attachments I have with this account! *sappy music plays in the background*
So! I need you guys to help me decide. Or rather, talk me into it? Or out of it? 8D
PROS
- I will be free of the infamous "MincedNiku" username. Even the capital letters in it drive me insane.
- Change is good! I need change.
- Nice clean account, start over fresh!
- Uh.. I can't think of anymore pros. XD
CONS
- I'm bound to confuse people.
- It'll be weird resubmitting things.
- I'll lose my PAGEVIEWS!!!11 D: I'll lose my "time joined" and "DTF" positions. (My Nine of Spades is in the top 25 duuude. DD: Haha.)
- I'll lose my print account and won't buy another one. But this isn't so bad since I rarely use it anyway.
- I may regret it and won't get my year subscription back.
- I'll end up hating my new username within a year and want to change again. And because I already changed, it won't be hard for me to change again and I'll just keep changing and drive everyone insane. :B
So basically, I'm just losing "status" and confusing people. It's a pain in the butt to do, but I'll feel better doing it. ...right?

it really is liberating, a few people got seriously pissed at me for doing it but it inspired me to do a change in my art and I felt free and it's given me a bigger sense of...oh i dont know.. self maybe? granted I lost all my pageviews but I put everything in storage..so its not like im throwing out my stuff, just setting it aside.
I guess its just more of a personal opinion.

Lawl, I'd want to stay for the pageviews prints account cuz I'm taht cheap and like being popular.
That said, I move off my old account to this name that suits me much better ... and old account which had double my current pageviews and a print account...
so I'd also be a hyprocite.
